Brigham House’s owner Enrique Yescas along with general manager Lauren Schultz with other staff were excited to host a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 4th. The new restaurant located at 70 North Main Street in Brigham City offers a welcoming rustic-chic interior that pays tribute to Brigham City’s storied past and invites everyone to relax while enjoying mouthwatering classics. The restaurant also allows you to watch the art of cooking as it happens in the open-kitchen dining room. Their amazing chefs have a passion for making delicious and simple comfort food with locally sourced ingredients. The menu is a tribute to the timeless recipes and traditions of a rural America and the warm embrace of its hospitality. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
They look forward to launching their off-site catering options on May 15th. For a full list of catering buffets and options visit Melisa Pehrson is available to help with off-site cater orders as well as group bookings in the attached Academy Conference Center.
